6.5 No person may win more than one Prize.
7. Notification, Acceptance and Announcement

7.6 Verified winners will be publicly announced at 10:00am AEDT on 15 November 2026, subject to eligibility verification, Prize acceptance and applicable privacy requirements.
7.7 If a replacement winner has not been verified by the scheduled announcement, their announcement will take place after verification and acceptance.
7.8 The Organiser will not charge an entry or administrative fee to claim the Prize.
8. Travel Requirements and Arrangements

8.4 The Organiser’s arrangement of the trip does not guarantee that a winner or guest will receive a visa or permission to enter or transit through any country.

8.6 Winners and guests must arrive at the selected Departure Airport in sufficient time for their booked flight. Replacement travel following a missed flight caused by circumstances within their control is not included.
8.7 Guest substitutions after booking are subject to supplier restrictions and the Organiser’s approval.
8.8 Winners and guests must comply with reasonable airline, accommodation, activity-provider and event requirements, including safety instructions.
8.9 Activities may depend on weather, safety conditions and supplier availability. If an included experience becomes unavailable, the Organiser will arrange a reasonable equivalent where possible, subject to applicable law.
8.10 Material changes to travel arrangements will be communicated promptly. Any cancellation or substitute-prize arrangements remain subject to applicable law and winners’ statutory rights.
9. Replacement Winners
9.1 If a provisional winner is ineligible, declines the Prize, fails to accept within 24 hours or cannot satisfy the published travel requirements, the Organiser may conduct a replacement draw, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.
9.2 Replacement winners will be selected at random, excluding disqualified or forfeited entries.
9.3 Replacement winners must satisfy the same eligibility and travel requirements and respond within 24 hours of direct notification, subject to any legally required alternative period.
9.4 The Organiser will conduct any permitted replacement draw promptly so that eligibility verification and travel bookings can be completed before departure.
Legal review item: Confirm required redraw dates, notification procedures and the process if no eligible winner can be verified before the final booking deadline.
10. Invalid Entries and Competition Changes
10.1 The Organiser may reject entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, submitted under false identities or otherwise contrary to these Terms and Conditions.
10.2 If technical failure, fraud or circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control prevent fair administration, the Organiser may take reasonable corrective action, subject to applicable law and required regulatory approval.
10.3 Material changes will be communicated to entrants. The Organiser will not change the Competition simply to disadvantage valid entrants or avoid awarding the advertised Prizes.
11. Personal Information and Marketing
11.1 The Organiser will collect information reasonably required to administer the Competition, allocate tier entries, verify eligibility, contact winners and arrange the Prizes.
11.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection law and the Privacy Policy.
11.3 Necessary information may be shared with competition administrators, airlines, accommodation providers and other suppliers delivering the Prize. International transfers will comply with applicable law.
11.4 Email, SMS and The M-List consent requests will identify their respective purposes and any applicable membership terms. Marketing communications will follow applicable consent requirements and the preferences recorded on the entry form.

11.6 Passport and other booking documentation must be supplied through the secure method specified by the Organiser.
Legal review item: Finalise the consent wording, applicable regional privacy notices and any required changes to the consent conditions in clause 3.
12. Intellectual Property, Photography and Publicity
12.1 By entering the Competition, each entrant irrevocably consents, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to the Organiser and any Promoter using:
a. Their name and/or likeness.
b. Any photographs, video, audio or other content featuring them that they provide in connection with the Competition.
c. Any photographs, video or audio featuring them captured by or on behalf of the Organiser during the Prize trip and associated MESHKI activities.
12.2 This material may be used in any medium for advertising or promotion of the Competition, MESHKI Chalet, the Organiser’s brand and products, public relations and future similar competitions, without payment to the entrant.
12.3 To the extent they own the relevant rights, each entrant assigns to the Organiser all intellectual property rights in copy, photographs, video or other content they provide in connection with the Competition, whether or not that content forms part of their entry. Entrants must not provide material unless they have the rights and permissions necessary for its use under this clause.
12.4 Before accepting their place on the trip, each accompanying guest must personally agree to the same image-use, publicity and intellectual-property terms. A winner cannot provide that consent or assign rights on their guest’s behalf.
12.5 Nothing in this clause overrides rights that cannot lawfully be waived or assigned, or makes consent irrevocable where applicable law provides a right to withdraw it.
13. Liability
13.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
13.2 Subject to clause 13.1, the Organiser is not responsible for entry or communication failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
13.3 Travel suppliers may impose applicable booking and service terms. Those terms do not remove the Organiser’s obligations under applicable law.
13.4 Winners and guests must comply with lawful travel requirements and reasonable safety instructions. This does not waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
13.5 Any applicable personal tax obligations arising from acceptance of the Prize are the responsibility of the relevant winner or guest, subject to applicable law.
14. Social Media Platforms
14.1 The Competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, TikTok or any other platform used to promote it.
14.2 Entrants provide competition information to the Organiser. Their use of third-party platforms remains subject to those platforms’ terms and privacy policies.
14.3 To the extent permitted by law, entrants release the relevant social media platforms from liability relating to the Competition.

15.2 Administrative decisions remain subject to these Terms and Conditions, applicable law and entrants’ statutory rights.
15.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to mandatory laws and protections applicable in an entrant’s place of residence. This does not restrict access to courts or remedies where applicable law provides otherwise.
