At MESHKI, we recognise the importance of customer satisfaction. Our updated Returns Policy ensures you can shop with confidence — allowing for easy Refunds* and Store Credits within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please use the link HERE to process your return via our Returns Portal. Please ensure your return meets the below requirements:

• The item is unworn and in its original condition, with all tags still attached
• The item has the returns ribbons still secured (only applicable on selected styles)
• The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tans)
• The item has hygiene stickers still in place (Bodysuits, Swimwear and Undergarments)
• Earrings and Underwear Accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• A receipt and proof of purchase is available
• Must be processed via our Returns Portal.

MESHKI reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by MESHKI.



*Refunds are available for eligible purchases made by customers in the United States only and must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

We understand that your new MESHKI item may not be perfect, and we want to ensure you absolutely love your purchase! 

If you need to send anything back to us, please visit our convenient online return portal here.

1. Select the item you wish to send back to us and provide the reason for the return.
2. Follow the prompts to complete the process.
3. You will receive a prepaid return label to easily send your items back to us.

Please be aware that returns due to a change of mind are subject to a return fee, which will be deducted from your reimbursement amount.

Refunds for orders returned from the United States are subject to a $11.99 USD return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Store Credit returns are subject to a return shipping fee of $11.99 USD for returns from the United States and $16.99 USD for returns from Canada. The applicable fee will be deducted from the total Store Credit issued.

If you are returning from an alternate country, the shipping service and cost are to be completed via your local postal service. 

Please note, that any duties paid are based on your local government requirements and are not eligible for store credit.

Items purchased from our Final Sale collection may not be returned for a store credit, refund or exchange.

MESHKI is unable to offer exchanges as a return option.

When you initiate your return, please select "store credit" as your return method. Once your return has been processed, a gift card will be sent to the email address associated with your order, allowing you to place a new order for the desired size or style.

Please note that the original shipping fee will not be included in the credit.

Selected styles from the Bridal Collection are eligible for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

The eligible styles are clearly marked as such on their individual product page.

In order for us to process your refund, kindly ensure that the garment remains unworn and is returned in its original MESHKI box, with the returns ribbon and hanger tag still intact.

Please note, item's marked as Final Sale section are non-returnable and aren’t eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit. You’ll see these marked as final sale on the product page and at checkout.
